How do I create or log into my account?
You can access your account information by logging in to your account and selecting account info. Click on the person icon in the upper right hand corner of our site. Enter your account email address and password.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover at this time. We also accept Paypal and Amazon Pay. We also have an installment payment plan with Klarna (only for US purchases). Please note that we do not accept American Express.
Will you sell my personal information?
Nope! We keep your information just between us.
Will my credit card information by stored?
You will have the option to save your credit card information on the checkout page. If you do not choose to save your credit card information, it will not be stored in your account.
Do I have to be over 18 to order from Lora DiCarlo?
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from Lora DiCarlo. We will never knowingly ship an order to anyone under 18.
How can I sign up for emails?
I can't access my account info, what do I do?
Your account was created based on the email that you used to make a purchase. If you're having trouble accessing your account, you can try resetting your password by following the instructions on the sign-in page. Or contact Customer Service at hello@loradicarlo.com for assistance.

I put in the wrong account information, and can't access my account, what should I do?
Your account is based on your email. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, you can reset your password by following the instructions on the sign-in page. If you are still experiencing trouble reach out to customer service at hello@loradicarlo.com.
Do I have an account?
If you’ve made a purchase from loradicarlo.com, then an account has been created for you. Using the same email address you used to make your order, sign-up for your account by following the registration instructions and information. Once you’ve created your account and confirmed your email address you will be able to see your order history, account settings, and preferences.
