Filare comes with a 1-year, from the original date of purchase, limited manufacturer warranty that covers defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Due to the intimate nature of our product, we do not offer refunds for used products that are not warranty issues.

 

Filare is waterproof up to 3 feet / 1 meter, so you can completely submerge the product when you're using it or cleaning it. We recommend using warm water and Pleasure Product Cleaner, a silicone-safe cleanser before and after each use. Make sure to rinse the product completely before storing it in the provided storage bag. Do not boil, microwave, or run Filare through a dishwasher or sanitizer, as extreme heat and harsh detergents can damage the product. Do not use silicone, alcohol, acetone, petroleum, acidic, or alkaline-based products on Filare as it can damage the product materials.

If the clitoral stimulator is not activated within 5 minutes, Filare will turn off automatically to conserve power.

 

1. Wash Filare before and after each use. 2. We recommend using water-based lube with all Lora DiCarlo products. 3. Turn on Filare using the power button, then press the D+ button on the bottom. 4. The mode button (E) controls the direction of the movement and how far the stimulation points press out of the silicone. Explore to find what you like. 5. Press the power button to turn Filare off, wash and store in the provided cloth bag.

To ensure Filare doesn’t turn on at the wrong time, such as during travel, you can disable and lock all of the buttons. Simultaneously press and hold the power button and the decrease intensity button (D-), the LED will flutter rapidly to signify lock. Repeat this combination to unlock the device and the LED will flutter again.

 

Use only water-based lubricants and personal moisturizers, as oil or silicone-based formulas can damage the materials and reduce the lifespan of your device. Do not use silicone, alcohol, acetone, petroleum, acidic, or alkaline-based products on Filare as it can damage the product materials

You can dispose of your Filare in a similar manner as other electronic equipment (applicable in the EU and other European countries with separate waste collection systems). The crossed-out dustbin symbol indicates that this product should not be treated as household waste, but rather be brought to the appropriate collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
