We can only ship Fluid Aqua and Fluid Coco to the United States. If you made an order outside of the US, please check your email for confirmation of cancellation and refund. Please email hello@loradicarlo.com for further assistance.

How long does it take to ship?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number with specific transit time. Most orders take 7-10 days to ship.
Am I responsible for customs fees?
Your customs fees are included in your shipping costs.
Do you offer express and/or overnight shipping?
We don't offer express or overnight shipping at this time.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Due to world-wide covid 19 related challenges & the increasing costs of fuel, we are not able to offer free shipping at this time. We negotiate with carriers to get the best rates available & calculate these in real time at the time of your order.
My order has been stolen, what can I do?

I have not received my order, but the tracking status says it has been delivered.
I never received a tracking number, what should I do?
You should receive an email with your tracking information after your order ships. However, there can be a 24-hour delay for the tracking to start working. If it has been over 24 hours, you can contact customer service at hello@loradicarlo.com.

Yes! Your order will be shipped in a discreet, plain cardboard box.
